This place has the worst and disrespectful employees that I have ever come across. There were only 4 or 5 tables occupied when we went in, so not too busy...so we thought. After standing at the counter for a full 10 minutes without anyone even saying a word, we're sorry it's taking so long, but we'll be with you as soon as we can...absolutely nothing as they walked back and forth right in front of us! To be fair I do believe they had some cars going through the drive thru. However when a lady finally did head to the counter several kids, probably 5 or 6 literally ran right in front of us. The lady proceeded to take their order, after seeing us standing there all that time. Not wanting to be rude the 4 of us just looked at each other, not believing she didn't tell them that they needed to get behind us and wait in line. As if that wasn't enough about 5 minutes later another lady went to the other end of the counter and as we started walking down to her another lady walked up in front of us, and once again we were not helped. None of us were too happy by then, needless to say!! Even though there was no confusion as to who should have been waited on first, especially after us standing there for at least 15 minutes, still neither lady said anything. We all realize people get busy, things get overlooked, but disrespecting your customers should never allowed. I have given several reviews, and never have I given a business such a low score!!

This place is a local favorite and after a day of sampling beers at the Spoetzel brewery, I can see the appeal of some fried chicken or a burger. That being said, there are a lot of better options, several in town, and others a short drive away. Everything here is SO greasy and salty. Portions are huge, flavors are bland and service is slow. Despite recommendations from locals, I'd skip it.

Great burgers but be patient. Good taste takes time.

The food is fantastic! The service is terrible, seems like the employees just run around ignoring customers, even when it's not busy. But the food is worth the wait.

Food is always good here, but if you order anything but chicken from the drive thru, think about going in to get it. Drive thru during lunch hours was a full block long. So going back around could take some serious time. Just go in or call ahead.
